From the request form: your name, email, comment and the plan you chose.

Traffic source: the tag in the link (UTM) or the website you came from.

Anonymous visit data via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location and cookies.

3. Why we collect it

To contact you about your request and complete your order.

To understand which channels bring clients and to improve the website.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Where it is stored

Requests are saved in a Google Sheet and sent to a private Telegram bot. These services may store data outside your country. Only the data controller has access.

Visit statistics are stored in Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies to remember your language and to run analytics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings and the website will keep working.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email airtap.teams@gmail.com and we will reply within 10 business days.
