1. About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed on airtapstudio.com. The service is provided by Igor Tikhonov, a self-employed individual, under the name Air Tap Studio. Contact: airtap.teams@gmail.com.

2. Services and prices

We create a personal digital business card and publish it at a link. Plan details are listed in the Pricing section of the website.

• Basic: $19, ready in 20–30 minutes.
• Standard: $39, ready in 45–60 minutes.

The time starts once you have sent all materials: photo, name, job title, contacts and links.

3. How it works

1. You send a request through the form or message us on WhatsApp.
2. You send the materials for your card.
3. We build the card and send you the link.
4. You review the card and pay.

4. Payment

You pay after the card is ready and you have reviewed it. No prepayment is required. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency.

5. Edits

Before payment, edits within your request are free. After payment, we update your contact details on request. The link and QR code stay the same.

6. Refunds

If the card does not match your request and we cannot fix it, you do not have to pay. If you have already paid and the service was not delivered properly, you can request a refund by email within 7 days of payment.

7. Hosting

Your card is hosted on a free address like name.netlify.app. A custom domain is optional and is paid directly to the registrar.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as hosting providers or messaging apps. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you send and for having the rights to any photos you provide.
